What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to deliver your order: your email address, and a record of your purchases and downloads. We do not use tracking cookies. Website analytics are privacy-friendly and cookie-free (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
Who processes payments
Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). Creem receives your payment details and processes them under its own privacy policy and Buyer Terms. We never see or store your card number.
We send transactional email only: order confirmations and download links. You can ask us to delete your account and order history, subject to the legal retention obligations described below; once retention no longer applies, your data is deleted or anonymised. Deleting your account also forfeits any unused Credits (which are non-cash and not refundable).
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Where the law requires us to retain certain records (for example, for tax or anti-money-laundering purposes), we will restrict their processing and delete or anonymise the data as soon as that legal retention period ends.
